Changing times . . . but some things never change

Real Estate marketing is A-Changing! Gone are the days of Neighborhood News Notes and vast direct mailing campaigns; they certainly aren't "green" and we are finding them to be less effective.
Technology is changing the game
Computer technology has come to our industry like a storm: Facebook, Twitter, apps for smart phones, individual house websites, real estate website such as Boston.com, Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Patch, (and the list goes on ...) are flooding the technological highway, giving buyers a HUGE amount of information that was never available before and giving sellers innumerable ways to expose their properties to the marketplace both locally and nationally.
No question these newer technologies are a key to marketing properties now and in the future. No question these avenues will continue to diversify and become more efficient at reaching households.
Real Estate is so much more than technology
