A Framingham resident, Erica has spent her entire life in the MetroWest area, giving her an intuitive understanding of its communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UConn and began her career in healthcare, where she developed a deep commitment to listening, problem-solving, and guiding people through important decisions with clarity and compassion.

Fluent in Portuguese and experienced in volunteer coordination and community leadership, Erica connects easily with clients, creating a seamless and supportive experience from start to finish. She works closely with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizing homeowners, and clients navigating major life transitions, offering tailored strategy and steady guidance at every step.
