About Kathy Hughto

Kathy Hughto brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the real estate business. She has lived in Wellesley for over 30 years and knows the town inside and out.

 

An active volunteer in all aspects of our community, she was on the committee to start the Teen Center, now a vital activity in town, and the Tot Lot at the Sprague Rec Center. As a board member of the Wellesley Scholarship Foundation, she raised funds and gave scholarships to deserving college-bound students from all over Wellesley. Kathy has a master’s degree from Cornell University in Natural Resources Conservation Council and has used her educational background to serve on the Wellesley Conservation Council. The Wellesley Hills Junior Women’s Club gave her the opportunity to experience all aspects of community service. She is a prime example that Wellesley’s greatest resources are the people who live here.

 

With four children who are growing up here and attending the Wellesley schools, she looks forward to helping newcomers get to know the schools, sports, activities, and life in Wellesley through her association with Rutledge Properties.

 

Kathy has already introduced scores of families to Wellesley through the Welcome Wagon. In addition to assisting you to buy or sell real estate, she can make you feel immediately at home in this community.
