Lesley truly enjoys working with people to achieve their goals. With over 20 years of sales experience helping businesses grow through advertising, she built her career on honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to doing what's best for her clients. Since rejoining Rutledge Properties' dedicated team in 2018, she has brought that same client-first approach to real estate — and says the relationships she builds with clients are what she loves most about the business.
Lesley and her husband are raising their two daughters in Wellesley, where both girls attend Wellesley Public Schools and are active in sports, theatre, and other town activities. Lesley is deeply involved in the community herself, volunteering in various capacities at the schools and serving on several committees, including Wellesley Parents of Performing Students (POPS) and Wellesley Green School. She currently serves as Secretary and Co-Vice President of the Wellesley High School PTSO.
