Roberta Swenson was the owner of Rutledge Properties for over 30 years and has been a leader in the local real estate community for much longer. Her client list includes families new to town and those buying and selling their 3rd or 4th homes in the area.
Managing an office of 22 strong agents takes energy and commitment. Understanding individual needs, negotiation skills, persistence, and dedication practiced daily in the office all work well in the sales arena as well. An active leader of the sales force of Rutledge, Roberta keeps her finger on the pulse of the constantly changing real estate market.
Roberta has 7 grandchildren growing up in Wellesley, attending public schools, participating in sports and arts programs, and loving life here.
